The senior center in Schüpfen offers a pleasant and warm living environment in several residential groups. The “Blue System” from Wiegand was already in use as a medication distribution system. Due to the increase in medications per resident, the small dispenser was upgraded to the medium-sized version. This allowed the system to be flexibly expanded without requiring the nursing staff to change their preparation or distribution processes. The new medication and storage cupboards now offer enough space for all required medications and can be adjusted or expanded as needed for short-term changes.
