1. Preparation
Medication is prepared daily or weekly in labelled dispensers that are best suited to the respective therapy requirements.
2. Storage
Prepared medication is safely stored within the dispensers inside standardized trays, trolleys or cabinets.
3. Distribution
Medication is delivered to the patient efficiently and safely by distribution trays or by trolley.
If necessary the tablets will be prepared (split, liquified, crushed) using the medication aids and everyday helpers and administered to the patient.
We are the only provider offering tools that support the entire medication process. Depending on workflows and requirements, the products can of course also be used individually.

WIEGAND® MediDispensers
Flexibly configurable compartments
WIEGAND® MediDispensers are available with four fixed compartments or with flexible compartment dividers. Depending on the type, the flexible versions can be subdivided into 8, 10 or up to 12 compartments. Different compartment sizes can be combined as required, allowing the MediDispensers to be individually adapted to various medication therapies – including complex or intensive treatments with multiple administration periods.
Choose between two heights
Does the medication include a large number of pharmaceuticals, large sachets, or are MediCups used in combination? No problem – our MediDispensers are available in two different heights, providing sufficient space for a wide range of applications.
Combination options
Use MediDispensers in combination with dispensing aids such as MediCups and inlay dishes. In the new WIEGAND® MediDispensers, dispensing aids can be applied selectively and freely combined. This unique flexibility opens up new possibilities for optimising your medication process.
Supporting patient safety
Our range includes MediDispensers with a large labelling area. This area can be customized with labels according to your requirements. Label the MediDispensers with patient data and -pictures, medication information or other relevant details. The labels can be removed easily and without residue.
We offer the option to print MediDispensers with dispensing periods, days of the week, or even customized wording in the language you require. This allows you to address the specific requirements of your market and gain a clear competitive advantage. The end-user goal is to reduce the workload for nursing staff and increase medication safety.

Storage and Distribution
Space-saving and secure storage
The WIEGAND® Medication Distribution System also includes tools for storing prepared medication in cabinets or trolleys. Storage trays are available in different versions and allow storage in FlexLine trolleys with a width of 45 cm, as well as in trolleys and cabinets with a width of 60 cm.
Distribution trays
Distribution trays are used to prepare the medication for a patient group for the next administration round. The secure fixation of MediDispensers and medication cups on the distribution tray enables safe medication distribution, even at high speed and in confined spaces. The distribution trays are compatible with both our trolleys and cabinets.
Medication and care trolleys
The medication distribution system can be integrated efficiently, safely and in a space-saving manner within WIEGAND® FlexLine trolleys. These trolleys are individually adapted to the respective distribution system and the number of residents or patients. Thanks to their modular design, they can be equipped with a wide range of accessories – ensuring that healthcare professionals always have all required materials and tools within easy reach.
